Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel free of charge 15 days before arrival.
• You will charged the total price of the reservation if you caancel within 15 days of arrival.
• No-shows will incur a cancellation fee.

• No beverages and alcohol are included in the rate.
• Check-In and Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon & checkout - 11:00 AM. Check-in before standard time is subject to room availability. For early check-in and late checkout charges will be applicable.
• Basic free WI FI is available in the hotel rooms.
• Hotel may charge compulsory gala dinner supplement on Christmas / New Year’s Eve or other festive periods. Any such supplements need to be paid directly at the hotel.
• Hotel Welina is committed to offering a smoke free environment in all of our guest rooms, Public Areas. Local laws, cultures and preferences are taken into consideration, when deciding to implement the smoke-free hotel policy. Hotel Welina welcomes guests who smoke into designated smoking areas inside the building to accommodate the needs of guests who smoke. If a smoking violation occurs in a room, the client will be charged a Rs 4000 non-refundable deep cleaning fee. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring that our guests and employees are not subject to second hand smoke.

• Age Requirement: The minimum age for check-in is 18 years, or the guest must be accompanied by a family member.
• Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Outside Food: Bringing outside food not be allowed into the hotel.
