Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Vardhan Holidays Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), operating as Tiaraa Hotels and Resorts ("the Hotel"). By booking or staying at our properties, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Definitions

Guest(s): Any individual(s) who books or utilizes the services offered by the Hotel.

Booking: A confirmed reservation made for the use of accommodation, events, or related services.

Force Majeure: Any event or circumstance beyond the control of the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

2. Scope of Services

The Hotel offers accommodation, event spaces, dining, and recreational services subject to availability. Specific terms may apply to certain promotions, packages, or events.

3. Booking Policy

All reservations must be made through the Hotel's authorized platforms (website, email, or direct contact).

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

Advance payments, where applicable, must be made to secure the reservation.

4. Payment Terms

The Guest is required to pay the full booking amount or a specified deposit as per the booking conditions.

Payment methods accepted include credit cards (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfers, or other approved methods.

Corporate reservations must be secured with a valid company credit card or official purchase order.

5. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-In: 2:00 PM (Early check-in subject to availability and additional charges).

Check-Out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out subject to prior approval and fees).

Government-issued photo identification and a valid booking confirmation must be presented during check-in.

6. Amendments to Bookings

Modifications to existing bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must request amendments in writing from the hotel’s reservations team.

7. Conduct and Use of Facilities

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb the peace or comfort of other guests or staff.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without a refund for inappropriate behaviour.

8. Liability

The Hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence on the part of the Hotel.

Guests are responsible for damages caused to Hotel property during their stay. Charges will be added to the Guest’s account.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation processing and guest services.

For details on data protection, refer to the Hotel’s Privacy Policy.

10. Force Majeure

The Hotel is not responsible for non-performance due to Force Majeure events. Refunds or rescheduling may be offered at the Hotel’s discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having territorial jurisdiction over the region in which the property is situated.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms shared at the time of booking. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy detailed at the time of booking:

Cancellation 15 days or more before check-in: Full refund after deducting applicable charges.

Cancellation between 7 to 14 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

Non-refundable bookings or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds. For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after deducting applicable charges. In cases of Force Majeure, the Hotel may offer rescheduling at its sole discretion.

Please note that any bank or transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the Guest.

13. Cancellation Policy

Individual Booking

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will attract applicable cancellation charges.

Group Booking / Residential Wedding

For group bookings and residential wedding reservations, the following cancellation terms shall apply:

• More than 30 days before arrival: No retention charges.

• Between 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the first night’s stay will be charged as retention.

• Between 7 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the first night’s stay will be charged as retention.

• Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged as retention.
